1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SAR BD INC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Quran600 software, including its web platform and mobile applications (“Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

If you do not agree, do not use or install the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, SAR BD INC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the Software on devices you own or control.
Access and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes according to the terms of this EULA.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SAR BD INC.

3. Subscription and Payments

Quran600 is a subscription-based service with monthly renewals.
A 6-day free trial is offered to new users.
No refunds are issued once a payment is processed.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation does not retroactively refund any processed payments.

4. User Content

Quran600 allows you to upload voice recitations, post comments, and interact with other users.

By submitting content, you grant SAR BD INC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Software.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

Violates any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
Is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
Harasses or threatens other users.

We may remove or restrict access to content that violates this EULA.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all visual design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of SAR BD INC and its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or attempt to reverse engineer the Software, except as expressly permitted by law.
All rights not expressly granted remain with SAR BD INC.

6. DMCA and Copyright Agent

SAR BD INC respects copyright laws. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used improperly, you may submit a notice under the DMCA.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

Use the Software for any illegal purpose.
Exploit the Software to harm or interfere with other users or the service.
Attempt to bypass any access restrictions or security measures.
Transfer, sublicense, or distribute the Software to others.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

Upon termination:

You must stop using the Software.
Any downloaded copies must be deleted.
Your account access may be revoked.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations for payments already made.

9. Disclaimers

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
SAR BD INC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or error-free operation.
Use of the Software is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAR BD INC, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the Bronx, New York.

12. Updates

SAR BD INC may update the Software from time to time. Updates may be automatically applied. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
